8 boneless, skinless, and fat-trimmed chicken thighs (32 oz total)




LOW -SODIUM

1/4 cup low-sodium



SOY SAUCE


soy sauce, 2 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar,



HONEY

1 tablespoon honey,


GARLIC


3 crushed cloves of garlic,


SIRACHA HOT SAUCE



1 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce,



GINGER


1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger, and 1 scallion, green only for garnish.

Instructions:





In a small bowl, thoroughly combine the balsamic, soy sauce, honey

Cover all of the chicken in a large bowl with half of the marinade (1/4 cup), and let it marinate for at least two hours or overnight.

The remaining sauce should be saved for later.

After removing the chicken from the marinade and placing it in the air fryer basket, preheat the appliance to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cook in batches for 14 minutes, turning halfway through, or until the center is cooked through.

In the meantime, heat the remaining sauce in a small pot over medium-low heat until it starts to thicken and reduces slightly, about one to two minutes.

Sprinkle the scallions on top of the chicken before serving.
