How to make it
• 300 g, To prepare the coffee cream, first prepare the coffee with the moka, you will need 70 g.

• add the previously sweetened coffee, very cold from the fridge

How to store it
It should be kept in the refrigerator, where it can be kept for a few days. Because the cream will separate, freezing is not recommended.
A trick I was told about if you really want cold coffee cream but don't have electric beaters. Take a glass or plastic medium-clean bottle, add the cold ingredients, shake it for two to three minutes until the mixture thickens, and then pour it into the glasses!
