huge bumped pepperoncini peppers (finely cleaved)






1/2 c.

level leaf parsley (hacked)




2 tbsp.

red wine vinegar





2 tbsp.

olive oil




Four 3-by 4-in. bits of focaccia

8 oz daintily cut ham

6 oz. new mozzarella (cut)

3 oz. daintily cut salami

3 oz. daintily cut coppa

4 pieces green leaf lettuce











DIRECTION











Step 1




In bowl, consolidate pepperoncini, parsley, red wine vinegar, and olive oil.




Step 2






Split focaccia and top bottoms with pepperoncini relish. Top with ham, mozzarella, salami, and coppa. Add lettuce and get done with focaccia tops.
