Skillet salsa burgers 

 













Quick, easy and tasty turkey burgers with a kick.

Ingredients:





•  14 cup finely chopped shallots
• 
•  14 teaspoon ground chipotle chile pepper
•  18 teaspoon black peppers
• 1 pound 90% lean ground sirloin
• 14 cup divided refrigerated fresh salsa
• Cooking spray; 4 (0.67 ounce) slices Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeo peppers
• 4 Boston lettuce leaves
• 4 (1 1/2 ounce) toasted hamburger buns

Step1

Check Make for equal portions of the mixture and shape each one into a 1/2-inch-thick patty.






Step 2





Heat a large grill pan or skillet to medium-high temperature. Spray cooking spray on the pan. Patty mixture into pan; cook each side for 5 minutes or until you get the desired doneness. 1 cheese slice on top of each patty; cook for one minute, or until the cheese melts.







Step 3:
Place one lettuce leaf on each bun's bottom half; top with one bun top, one patty, two tomato slices, and 1 1/2 teaspoons salsa.
